Currently this building between the neighborhoods of Barranco and Miraflores is under construction. The holiday apartment will be completed in December of 2007 and will be for rent mid January 2008.
The vacation rental of 80 sqm is situated on seventh floor and consists of two bedrooms with breath-taking sea view, shower bathroom, bathroom with tub, additional guest WC, a spacious kitchen with bar and a living room with balcony. There will be stylish high-quality furniture and the large windows will provide a lot of daylight.
You will find WiFi internet access, cable TV with HBO, a 24/7 concierge and security guard, parking within the building and four elevators.

Hello friends of Peru, we offer three apartments in Barranco and Miraflores, Lima, Peru for rent. The biggest one has a floor plan of 120 sqm and a great sea view, another has 75 sqm and the third apartment located in the stylish Miraflores has 80 sqm and also a breath-taking sea view. All three vacation rentals are situated in an excellent neighborhood and provide everything you need for having a wonderful vacation. Something about the neighborhood of Baranco, Lima:
Barranco and Miraflores are two beautiful and very safe districts of Lima if not the safest at all. Barranco has an excellent architecture and ’cause of it is known as the artist district, too, there are many galleries. There are also countless restaurants and pubs - Barranco is very popular for its diversifiedproper nightlife - small shops and well-maintained public parks invite for a stroll, especially along the "Malécon", the ocen promenade. In contrast to Barranco Miraflores is a very new and stylish district with many parks, restaurants, cafés, casinos, clubs and shops and also offers great leisure options like paragliding and windsurfing.
Barranco and Miraflores are situated very idyllic and quiet but central and close to many sights and amenities. The immediate vicinity to the Pacific Ocean makes the neighborhood an ideal place to relax on the beach.
The center of Lima is 20 minutes away only, there you will find countless museums, cathedrals, the government palace and more.
